Our own quality,
our own models.

Günhan Taban has been manufacturing shoe soles in the İkitelli Organised Industrial Zone in Istanbul since 2004. All of our EVA and TPU soles are produced in-house; we also sell EVA as a semi-finished product.

Our roots are in handcraft: this trade used to be called "freze" and our founder Yaşar Günhan ran the workshops of that era. Today we also produce the neolite sole known as "jurdan", on the same bench.

What we produce

EVA sole

Finished soles in our own models, made with our own injection EVA quality. Sold to footwear manufacturers only.

Semi-finished EVA

The same injection quality, as a semi-finished product. Sold to footwear and sole manufacturers.

TPU sole

We make soft ballerina flats and similar soles from 100% pure TPU. All of it is produced in-house; we use neither rigid nor recycled plastics.

Neolite sole

The handcraft side of this trade: the sole known today as "jurdan", made of domestic, first-grade neolite.

Leather sole

Contract manufacturing only.

Injection EVA

Markedly more resistant to slipping and to cold than standard sheet EVA. We produce our own models only: no contract EVA production, no layered or multi-coloured work.

Material choice

We use domestic, first-grade materials. We do not use the second-grade, low-durability output of the same factories — the difference shows in how long the sole lasts.
